A comprehensive discussion led by Chris on Instructional Rounds (IR) where attendees can engage, ask questions, and share their perspectives. A break for lunch. The continuation of Chris's session, delving deeper. Another networking break with tea. This follows discussion on workshops for the next two days and unpacking notes.

Day 2 begins at 8:00 AM with everyone arriving at the school. Then a comprehensive briefing for all educators, followed by a breakfast session. Instructional Rounds (IR) scheduled as per assignments, providing a firsthand look into various classrooms. Following this, there is a brief travel to another school and then Lunch. Two additional debrief sessions follow, providing opportunities for deeper insights. Post that two workshops. This structured itinerary aims to maximize collaboration among educators in a dynamic environment.

The Final day kicks off with an engaging workshop, providing a platform for in-depth discussions and hands-on learning. Followed by a networking & tea session. Later a compelling fireside chat and panel discussion. The focal point then shifts to a graduation ceremony followed by a leisurely lunch. The afternoon continues with the Education Diligence Awards, outstanding contributions.

A high tea break at 4:00 PM sets the stage for the conclusion, with Dean Elizabeth introducing Dean Jonathan, engaging on education leadership.
